About

Hi, I'm Josh Medeski.

I'm process-obsessed. Software or YouTube video, the job is the same: find the friction, build the tool or workflow that removes it, and hand back the hours it was eating. The result is teams that spend their energy on the work only they can do.

I founded Medeski Solutions to do that work. I started in design and grew into an award-winning full-stack developer, and I've built software since 2011, from enterprise systems to my own profitable products. My edge isn't a particular language; it's seeing the pattern underneath a messy process and building the system that fixes it for good — and it's the standard I hold our work to.

Teaching has always been half the job. I've mentored with Girl Develop It and taught full-stack at a bootcamp, and we bring that into client work today: we build the system and make sure your team can actually run it once we hand off. Better tools, sharper workflows, and the know-how to keep them that way.
