Hi, I'm Josh Medeski.

I'm process-obsessed. Software or YouTube video, the job is the same: find the friction, build the tool or workflow that removes it, and hand back the hours it was eating. The result is teams that spend their energy on the work only they can do.

I run Medeski Solutions on my own, which means the person you scope the work with is the person who writes the code. No handoffs, no account manager, no telephone game. I started in design and grew into an award-winning full-stack developer, and I've built software since 2011, from enterprise systems to my own profitable products. My edge isn't a particular language; it's seeing the pattern underneath a messy process and building the system that fixes it for good.

Teaching has always been half the job. I've mentored with Girl Develop It and taught full-stack at a bootcamp, and I bring that into client work today: I build the system and make sure your team can actually run it once I'm gone. Better tools, sharper workflows, and the know-how to keep them that way.
